You could have a slight allergy or sinus trouble. Best thing to do would be to gargle with very warm salt water. This should clear out any bacteria in your throat. Also, drink lots of water. Perhaps take a day of rest from the workout, but if you must go, workout lightly. If throat doesn't improve in a week, I would go to a holistic doctor.

You may have strep throat. Being it's back again and a cold didn't come on.
If your throat isn't better tomorrow call your MD.
For a culture.
If you feel good (not weak) go to the gym. Wipe down your machines so another doesn't get sick though.
Drink lots of water.

Your resistance is probably good enough to keep a cold at bay. From what I've heard you shouldn't exercise when you have sore muscles, because it means that you have a virus that affects muscle tissue and might have an effect on the muscles of your heart.
I've often exercised while having a sore throat and was okay. Just don't over-exert.

right now it is the time of the year where everybody gets sick and we have to try our best to feel better.
see your doctor and pay attention to what he/she might tell you and do exactly as you are told and soon you feel great and you will be able to go back to the gym.

visit your doctor right away (just to be on the safe side).
follow his instructions down to the tea and if you have to suspend going to the gym, then do it. the doctor will advice you on when he thinks you are able to return to the gym
good luck

I would go if you feel all right otherwise. Make sure to wash your hands before and after and drink enough water. Don't overdo your workout, but sometimes activity helps you feel better.
Take care - feel better.
