I have been overweight since I was 8. Needless to say that I've tried everything out there to lose weight. Including prescription diet pills. I'm still overweight but I was successful several years ago on Weight Watchers. I lost about forty pounds. I have to add that I had a great support system. A friend at work ate lunch with me everyday and then we'd walk. It took several months but I kept the weight off for several years. I gained it all back plus when I quit paying attention to what I ate. I wish you luck.

Your probably worrying a lot, and I know how it feels when your so eager to lose weight, I'm going through the same too. Well, my advice is, dont get too strict with your diet, because it make you grumpy cause almost everything around you contains fat.

What I do to lose weight:

Go to the gym 3 times a week, do a lot of cardio to lose weight.
Eat small portions of food all the time for lunch and dinner. Take a little more for lunch, less for dinner.
Try not to skip breakfast, for me, skipping breakfast slows my metabolism down a lot.
Eat stuff like yogurt, a little rice(lunch), a lot of water, meat, a lot of egg whites(4-5 a day, but start up slow, dont get to the extreme immediately) a lot of vegetables and fruits...
I really cut down on ice-cream and other fatty stuff
And the most important, exercise at least 20 minutes a day....if you dont have a gym, then go on a little longer......

So remember, enjoy the food around you, but of course cut down on the fats and get more protein, and dont get too rigid with your diet. Exercising everyday will keep you stable. If you dont have a gym to go to, enquire in one, it helps a lot. Finally, dont get yourself pulled into all these drug related stuff, lose weight naturally.

I lost 50lbs in 2 months.
The diet i went on guarantees 10lbs a week.
But you can only do it for 1 to 2 weeks and then take a break for a week and do it again.
