MY boyfriend and I broke up like a month ago we're still really close friends the only reason we broke up was because of my mom. He started dating someone else last week and I am ok with it for the most part the reason I say that is because we talk on the phone every night and he tells me he feels wierd if he doesn't talk to me before he goes to sleep and he still tells me he loves me and I say it back to him what do I do? I love him and I want to be with him but right now we can't be. I don't mind that he has a girlfriend I just don't like hearing about her. I am not jelous because all I want is to see him happy but all I can see right now is him being confused about me and him. Well anyway what would you do? I want stop talking to him because I love talking to him

I would tell him that you like talking to him, wish things were different but it's not healthy for him to talk about this new girlfriend of his with you. If he truly loved you though he would wait for you and not be with anyone else so if it were me I would not talk to him.

What is the reason you can't be with him? Does your mom not like him? Sometimes you have to override what others think of the person you love. If you really can't be with him right now then make sure he understands the reason why. You two obviously love each other which means you really belong together right now. Me personally I've never been one to break up with a guy just because of a family issue. You should talk to him about the way you feel and find out how he feels about his girlfriend. If you both feel the same way then you know what to do. If you still can't be together for whatever reason then you may want to leave him alone for a while. Good luck!

Your mom is wise in years so if their was a problem with this boy and your mom I am sure she is looking out for your best interests, Why is he dating another girl if he is so in love with you, and why is he calling you if he has another girl, If he really loved you he would not be dating anyone else, he would just be calling you and don't go blaming your mom for your boyfriends actions and yes you are jealous no one wants to hear about there ex's new girlfriend,

i wish there were more ladies like you. your happy for your ex b/c he's happy or so he thinks. what i would do is let him know you'll wait for him (if that's what you'd do) and tell him it hurts talking to him but at the same time it hurts when you two don't talk. just stay good friends b/c in the end you two will be together. just don't tell'ya mom :P

depemds why your mother does not wnat him, usualy mothers although they prejudge they are correct for they see things that us teens are not able to see, i would reocmend a serious dicuision with parents and solve the problem, iwould not recomend to continue seeing him if parents do not approve your life can be made hell, not finding the adeqate supost an if something happens ( the i told you wil crop up ) be careful) at the end it is you who has to decide

Sorry but there is no way that a guy and girl can be friends if they have "feelings" for on another because it will always misfire and someone will end up getting hurt...
