The mother deals with this..don't worry! They can't "go to the toilet" on their own, the mother has to stimulate them by licking and she consumes it.

The kittens mother will clean up the kittens. It is nature where animals are concerned. Dogs clean up after their puppies too. Once the kittens are on solid food the mother will leave the kittens mess to you!

Of course they don't go to the toilet, the mum has to lick their tummy to stimulate their bowels/bladders or they can't do anything. You can do it yourself, if you want (and if mama lets you!) once they're a bit older, like three weeks. Place a moist finger on the lower tummy near the genitals and move it very gently in a small circle and the tiny fluffball will wet himself. Then you'll have to wash your hand and mama will have to clean after the mess you made on her baby...tsk tsk...
Better to leave it all to mama.

the mother will clean them or the first few while you might have to change the blankets a few times cause they don't learn the litter box until the end of their fourth week. So this is very normal at teh stage that it is.

This is perfectly normal. The mother eats the caca and when they are a few weeks old there will be little black turds. After a while they get bigger and start to smell.

The mother takes care of this function by stimulating their little area ,she also cleans them as well as feeding them, cats are very self contained.
