Decency is conformity to sociocultural standards of conduct and speech.
As much as we need a prosperous economy, we also need a prosperity of kindness and decency.
The don't look any special,it's just that their looks reflect decency and kindness.The are kind and Know how to behave where.

It doesn't matter how they look only the behavior. A decent person is kind, understanding and willing to help others become all they can.

Decency of behaviour, dress code, character and appearance all count when go for a qualilty. This can be known with educational background of the person, community living of his society, the languages he know and his immediate response with calm and cool spoken language and his actions without any reaction and the effect of his approach and his status in the society show and keep us one among the decent persons.

Looks simple.The one who doesn't show interest on others activities,the one who never talks about other persons who are not present at the moment and the one who forgives others may be called decent.

A decent person is by looks neat,cultured &causes no repulsion by his attire/hairstyle etc.By behaviour he is well-mannered,takes no undue advantage even if uncanny circumstances,keeps up his words and commitments and does not let you down in times if crisis.Above all, he is one person who will not share or leak your secrets known by him to others.It is the trust worthiness that stands out in a decent person.

1) Usually they should not interfere in others work unless and until they are called. (exception, when some body is in danger, etc.,)
2) Usually they should not disturb others by shouting, smoking, etc., in public places.
These two will do more to be decent person.

A decent person is one who has excellent manners. gives due respect to women, speaks in cultured tone, doesn't show his temper or emotions or raise his voice. cares for others.In other words, he is a thorough gentleman. polite and gentle.
And girls, he doesn't try to get fresh on the first date or opportunity. You bet you are safe with him.

well talkng abt d quality of a decent person.... it is how u take it...its ur tolerance level....its same lyk one person saying a glass half filled wth water while 4 d other its half empty...
