There is no age to fall in love however love is different from sex and this should be avoided until one grows up till such time simple chatting without any flirting would be the best way to exchange in love and in fact you get to know each other better by the time you come to an age. However do not overdo it and lose concentration on studies because education is also most important to you at this age.

I don't believe that a 12 yr old can't fall in love, The thing is to be able to know the differences in love. As being age 12 your emotions are so wild that you will change so much as you get older and smarter.

While a 12-year-old could fall in love, I'd say it was very unlikely that the person s/he fell in love with at that age would be the person s/he would ultimately choose to spend his/her life with. If s/he did choose to do so, it's very unlikely that s/he would have made a suitable choice.
People do so much maturing in their teens, and especially (I think) when they go away to college that the person they grow up to be may have very little in common with the child they once were. I know for sure that anybody I would have chosen prior to, say, my mid-20's would have ultimately been wholly unsuitable for the woman I am today. At 36, I feel reasonably confident - I don't think anybody can ever be 100% sure! - that anyone I choose now would suit me for the rest of my life.

falling in love is not age specific. there are a host of hormonal and emotional reasons that at the tender age of 17 (honey I have kids older than you) you have all of those things in play, and it is not easy or fun all of the time. please as a woman I beg you to take your time, no boy is worth more than you are. you are a very beautiful and precious individual, don't ever let anyone tell you any different. love can be a wonderful thing and i'm sure your boyfriend is great but keep in mind men can be deceiving. Take care! hope this helps.

12 year olds can fall in love. They're not too young for it. I fell in love when I was 12 and we're together.I see nothing wrong with it. As long it's safe.

Love grows with age... once you are fully committed to someone, you continue to fall in love with them each and every day.
