i was recently given an english toy terrier which is cream coloured but i can't seem to find any pictures of an actual cream coloured one.. only managed to find black and tan ones.. however the owner of the dog tells me it is an english toy terrier... and i've been trying to look on the dog breed websites for "english toy terrier" but no luck... haha... any comments will b appreciated!! =D

Sounds like you may have a mixed breed as I don't recall there being a recognized breed of English Toy Terrier. Have you tried dogbreedinfo.com? They list the hybrids also I believe.

The English Toy terrier is a long established breed.
( http://www.english-toy-terrier.co.uk/ ) but in the USA they are called toy Manchester terriers which is why you won't find the original name on the AKC site.

They are only Black & tan.

A cream dog that looks similar is probably a Chihuahua cross or even a deer headed Chihuahua.
