I don't think that he eats salami EVERY time I get my haircut... that would be too much of a coincidence. Other people's breath smells like salami also. Why is that?

Do you get your hair done after he's had lunch? Are these other people prostitutes? Take out some gum or something nicer than salami and offer some to the other person. If they decline, give it to them anyway and tell them it's good for them.

Cold cuts, especially cheap cold cuts are basically processed rotten meat, and results in people smelling bad if they eat it regularly. That is probably all the poor man can afford to eat for his lunch.

It is called Halitosis.( bad breath caused by lack of correct brushing of the teeth.)
