There's no way to confront him without hurting the relationship. It's either one of two things. He is cheating and, well, that hurts the relationship, or he's not cheating and now he feels like you don't trust him, which also hurts the relationship. I would make sure you have undeniable proof before you confront him. Or save yourself all the trouble and end it now.

There's no easy way to do it, at all. The best way I can think of is to sit him down and have a talk in a very non-confrontational way. If you confront him angrily, things will blow up and the relationship will be seriously hurt. Or he'll just lie. Tell him you need to talk to him, because you've been noticing some things recently that have been bothering you. Calmly bring up the things you've seen or noticed, and tell him you can't help but think he may be seeing another girl. Use your gut instinct more than anything...a lot of times it'll tell you the truth even if he doesn't.

Don't! You might give him an easy let go if he takes it as an excuse and break up with you since you do not trust him.
Just make sure first before you throw false accusations and if what you're thinking is right, just break up with him without giving him a reason and let him go crazy trying to figure out what could it be.

Well instead of "suspecting" you need to be SURE. Once you are sure, then hurting the relationship won't matter.
