Windows Media Player?

Question

This program is so confusing! I've been adding songs off CDs and it just sticks it on there in no particular order. When I try to put them in order of artist it puts, for example, some big and rich under B and some under Other. Also, the songs that I added from CDs, I was able to edit the name of the song and the artist and stuff, but when I added songs off my mp3 player, I couldnt change the name of the song or anything wich is dumb because I was going to just name all the songs with the atrist first and then the song name like George Strait - Check yes or no and then sort the songs by name of the song because that is the only thing that seems to work, but I cant do that because I cant edit some songs!.... so I thought i'd just put the songs in a regular folder so I could edit and alpabetize them easily but i cant get the damn songs off media player! The closest I came was when I highlighted all the songs and said "open containing folder" it opened all the songs in different folders!

1. is there any way to edit the songs from my mp3 player?

2. Why does it put some Big and Rich under B, and some under Other and thats the same with other artists.... and how can I change that

3. How can I just put all the songs into a different, regular folder?

See what I did was put all the songs onto a playlist called "all songs" and then I tried alpabetizing them by artist, which didnt work... so i tried alphabetizing them by song title, and I was just going to make the title "artist - song title" but I couldnt edit certain songs
