i can tell you how to do it the tools will cost you much more than buying a new engine so i figure unless youre going to do a lot of them just bring it in to your local machene shop you can still assemble it to save some cash

first off you must mount the block on an engine stand. fix it a nice cold drink. offer it a cigarette. tell it how you are going to build it to be a 600 horse monster no matter how long it takes , or how much it costs. by now I believe you will have bored the crap out of it !

I wouldn't do it. You need a special very clean environment and precision tools. You don't want to screw up and end up destroying the block.
