He should be but the cps will likely say it is not in the public interest so wait and see.

As I understand it, he had someone nick his own reservations book and then lied to blame White. Wasting police time? I don't expect they'll prosecute, but what a despicable, lying bully he is.

Highly unlikely as he (like most celebrities ) seem to get away with being cautioned rather than prosecuted like the rest of us underling's
