more to the point, can you afford to?unless you're parents are evil and very controlling, you'd be better of staying.it's not all parties and late nights.... you then have bills to pay.... cleaning to do(not just your own room), cooking, washing etc.. you're only young once why not enjoy it.. you'll be tied down soon enough.

If you're from the UK the age is 16. Think about it properly though there is a lot to organise and pay for when u have your own place that u might not realise. E.g Council tax, rent, electricity, gas, water rates, food, toiletries, phone bills, internet, tv liscence, sky (if u want it),if u have a car, what about furniture and cutlery, kettles, washing machines etc etc. Its one bill after another and not much fun. But u could always share with someone! I moved out at 18 and even then I think I was too young. I didn't understand all the responsibilities and got into a few money problems. Am totally sorted now though but its taken 3 years. Just be careful and dont get into debt that u cant afford. U'll regret it in years to come and it could ruin your life. Good luck, hope all goes well and hope i helped.

I know in the State of Texas, at the age of seventeen you can move out of the house and legaly they can not make you go back. Sorry, I am not much help, you need to look up on your state laws.

yes you can as you are the legal age to move out of your parents home and they cant stop you unless you have any learning difficulties. you also have to make sure that you have filled out a housing form to get a house. good luck.

I'm quite sure you can yeah.. after 16, but it's hard due to lack of qualifications, money and a support network. I'm not even sure you'd be eligable for the dole.

You can leave at 16 years of age if you like without your parents consent, but wouldn't advise it.

If you can support yourself financially and are able to find a place that will let you live there then probably.
