I just joined a new and growing church that is in need of better worship visualizations (background video) behind the lyrics. I need to know if there is a way I can do this without paying for anything. And if someone could provide a website that'd be great too. Thank you all so much.

We use a program called easy worship. It is not free. MY suggestion is that you take a "special collection" every week just for the tech team display. You will have enough money to buy the program in no time. After going through this program and also Media Shout!, we came to the conclusion that easy worship was the better and easier program to use.

God will provide you the money, just be patient!

Both programs provide a free trial period/ download.

Wouldn't a video behind the lyrics be distracting from the music and what should be sung?

I suggest still pictures. Take your own pictures using a digital camera. You could also check out the pictures on webshots.com, but e-mail the person who took the picture for their permission to use the photo

Have the pastor ask the congregation if anyone can donate goods or services.
