well this guy is coming to my birthday party and I don't want to feel akward if i ask him. and also my friend says i souldn't becouse he is older than me, and my family will not for the same reason as my friend......

heres some questions to ask yourself:
does he smile alot when you're around?
does he playfully touch you?
or does he flat out flirt with you?
if he does, then chances are he likes you too. he could be waiting for you to make the first move, or hes trying to figure out if you like him aswell!
if he doesnt, he probably just thinks youre a great friend. if you ask him out, it may ruin the relationship.

Actions still speak louder than words. He should know by little things you do and say, the looks you give him, even your body language, that you like him. Don't go spoil a friendship by making a proclaimation. I wouldn't. You asked, honey, and that's my final answer. He'll make that move if/when he's ready, and you won't have to risk embarassment or rejection if he isn't.

i think u should ask him out if u really like him,if u feel there's a chance he'll say yes then do it...
but if u don't think he'll say yes then don't do it,don't ruin ur friendship..
but u should go 4 it coz guys don't care if it was DA GIRL who asked them out if they like her...
good luck..i know it takes a lot of guts but u won't lose anything plus u won't have to live with WHAT IFs..

Just tell him, be up front some guys don't like when girls beat around the bush with them. If yall are really good friends he won't be rude to you ,just tell him. If you don't tell him he will never know and he will wind up hooking up with someone else and that will break your heart

You don't have to tell him that you like him flat out, just ask him to a movie or to go to dinner with you. If thats not obvious enough then I don't know what would be.
