No, there's nothing wrong with you. It sounds like the guy you are with is very immature ... to say the least. I suggest that you shouldn't be with a man that doesn't treat like a girlfriend -- theres no point in having a relationship if he doesn' acknowledge it.

As far as your ex goes, I wouldn't try to have a relationship with a man thats in another distant location. It just makes things too difficult emotionally and mentally. Plus, the guy in Baltimore is your ex for a reason, so don't open new wounds.

Try staying single for a while and figure out what you want out of your life before getting involved in another relationship.

Hope that helps.

Your boyfriend shouldn't be saying bad things about you to anyone. If anything it is his responsibility to defend you when other people say bad things about you. He is wrong in that respect, though he does have a good reason to be mad. What if the show were on the other foot. What if he had an ex girlfriend that he always talked to? What if he gave her a lot of his attention? How would you react? You ex is your ex. This means that you are no longer together. If you want him to respect you then you need to respect your current boyfriend and stop spending so much time with your ex. That would make anyone uneasy.
