Go see them immediately and apologise for your oversight. If they have to come to you, they may toss your hool backside in jail.

You will probably be returned to Court. They now, by law, have to make the penalty more onerous. This may be by extending the banning period or giveing you a fine or even community service or probation. Inthe extreme they can send you to prison but that depends on your record and how often you have breached before, and I am guessing this you first breach based on you not knowing what will happen. Go to the Police station you report to and have a chat. Just be aware that they may be a little patronising!

You'll go to court for breaching your banning order. A court has the option of fining you, extending your ban or sending you to prison for a short time. It can also mix and match these penalties. The court will treat a first breach much lighter than the latest in a long line of breaches.

Go to the police station with an apology and explanation and they will probably be only too relieved not to have to go to all the trouble of producing you in court.

It'll probably reflect better on you if you go along and fess up rather than waiting for them to come and get you.
The original banning order should spell out the consequences for breaching it.

In all probability there is now a warrant out for you. Get your botty to the nick asap and make sure you have a cast iron excuse for not going on Saturday. "I forgot" is just not going to wash.
