Bad situation, pleading for help?
I dont fit in to any groups at school, my friends are all in other groups and wont invite me to stuff rightly cos it would be wierd - i have my senior formal soon and i have no one to go with, no friends to sit with-----im am stuck in social awkwardness-----should i just ask one of my cool friends to hook me up with a girl but then who would i sit with,,, who
please help

Your problem isn't your friends being in other groups.
Your problem is you don't have any confidence.
You know what makes someone popular? They don't care what the rest of the school thinks. They join clubs and make friends because they don't care....they do it with confidence.
STOP WORRYING about other people's opinions.
What makes your friends "cool" by your standards, and not you?
If you are confident, you can ask a girl.
If not, even if you find a date, it will be akward for you so get some confidence!

What makes you think you have friends? If your so-called friends exclude you from their groups and won't invite you to stuff, they're not friends.
Stop worrying about all that popularity crap - that's so high school. Pretty soon, looking back, none of those little games will matter anymore.
As far as your senior formal, don't you have a female friend or maybe a girl in your neighbourhood that you could ask to be your partner for the evening?

OK here i go.Don't try to fit in.It may sound corny but u have to be u.If Ur in a group u are gonna be a "we".If u want to be noticed do something that no one else does or start something new that u think everyone could do.hopefully and if they were Ur friends they would help u out in this situation.true colors start to come out when this happens.i don't even have a date to my senior prom and I'm not popular until i did something that i liked and thought everyone could learn but it doesn't matter to me cause my friends have my back and I'm sure urs will do the same.just do what u love 4 u.the world wont like everyone u just learn to like Urself first.because in the end its ur heart on the line.not the "groups".hope i helped.

why should you worry about hanging with others they should want to hang with you, you are a special person in you own right and even you cool friends should want you around and if they can not see that then they are the ones who are not cool they should have asked you to join them and introduced you to there friends and they did not so to me that makes them uncool or worried that you are to cool for them.

one possible answer - blow the whole thing off, go get yourself a ridiculously large expensive gift and think fk it, then go play with your new toy.
