Couldn't agree more. I also have RSI from repeating myself over and over. They should have a repeat button on this! I feel like a broken LP vinyl.

OOPS: thanks for breaking the monotony for me!

I agree but have a couple of thoughts on the matter. Yes they can just open the phone book but I think there are probably people on here who use it sort of as companionship and to avoid being so lonely. There are many shut-ins and such who have probably found this site and use it as a friend. Many people have no one to talk to all day and that is awful. I'd rather answer a few unnecessary questions and make someones day. And I would not do it for the reason that there may be a person on it taking a vet class. Why in the world would that matter. It wouldn't make me feel any better. A few classes means nothing to me at all. Many of us have worked with and alongside vets for decades and or are farmers or in other avenues which have taught us much more than someone who is taking classes might know. Not that I'm putting down learning, it's what life is about but I really get sick of those who claim to be vets and techs with wrong info and who can't even spell.

Why do you spend hours daily trolling Yahoo! Answers, nettling people and generally acting superior? You obviously don’t come here to help people, so I can only think you come here to bully people.

If everyone asked the “PROS” everything, there would be no need for Yahoo! Answers. If you really hate the idea behind this site and the users here so much, just leave for heaven’s sake. No one wants to see you whine about how pathetic everyone and everything in the world is.

EDIT: Hey, "verminkiller" oh, oops, you're "nemesis" now? Love you! It's people like you who make me appreciate my happy life. Maybe I should be thanking you for being such an angry person?

EDIT2: Oh yes, it’s obvious. You never help anyone and are confrontational and abusive with total strangers for no reason. The other “superior” users here do their best to help us poor “inferior” folks, but you can do nothing but put them down. Clearly, you have the right idea and they are all wrong.

No one is born with knowledge, and everyone must start somewhere. Unless you were breeding dogs from infancy, I’m sure even you were once a beginner with questions and uncertainties. Should people rely 100% on Yahoo! Answers, or the internet for that matter, for all of their information? Of course not. Nothing can replace the guidance of experienced mentors and professionals. But, if someone asks an innocent question about a fairly benign topic, it just baffles me why you feel like it would be most helpful to them to be put down so harshly and unnecessarily. You obviously have a wealth of information to share, so why not share it in a way that will actually help, rather than making someone feel like dirt?

Well, I don't have a phonebook. They don't drop them off to my house...maybe because I don't have a land line. But I do know how to use the yellow pages online.

Such questions bother me because, really, out of the entire www community on here, the askers expect people to know about their local vet's practices and prices. But, you get such questions on all the other boards too.
