My skin used to be normal till one night while I slept I heard a cat and dog fighting outside my window, those animals were way out of control, I jumped out of my sleep and it was, like, two in the morning way before dawn. So, I open my bedroom window, jump out and chased those two animals away and it was suddenly quiet once again. When I went inside my skin was glowing in the dark like there was something wrong with the picture. It glows to this day and the reason is is I don't know why it does that and how it does it but it is so cool to this day, but my wife left me because she said the glowing skin was such a distraction that she just couldn't sleep with me, so I told her to go sleep on the livingroom carpet and she left and never came back. I remove my blackheads with turpentine and it works okay, and, as for my skin, its real clear now ever since it started glowing in the dark, but before the glow, my skin used to be like sandpaper, not no more, now my skin is as good as fixed.

Hi dear
well skin has a lot do with what you eat rather than what you apply over it hence you need to check a lot on your eating. Have a lots of water , yes that's true, but you need to understand what skin wants from inside and outside.
From inside
1. It should not be dry and at the same time it should not be too oily that it closes all the pores. remember that.
2. Wash your face very often specially when you come fro outside. Use 2 to 3 crystals of potassium permanganate in about two litres of water and wash it.
3. Don't let skin damage from UV rays. Make that a point always.
4. Don't use some local or not known company products.
now for inside
1. Have a balanced diet always.
2. Never allow to have acidity. It matters so eat less but more frequently.
3. you need some fats too for this so have that too in your diet and burn it with exercise.
4. Do regular facial exercise always.
5. Be Happy and make a point to smile always .
Take care
Enjoy excellent skin

I think dark skin is stunning! I'm not just saying that. I am very pale, and don't intend on going to an unhealthy tanning booth anytime soon. That said, I love darker skin. I think we are born with what we are born with. I had commented on a youtube video of Tyra and a model who was saying how she never felt pretty because she was dark. I pointed out in my comment that being white, although idealized by society over time, is not something to be valued anymore. Or, at least, it shouldn't be valued anymore. Skin color can't define a person. I pointed out how it sucks that we get moles, sun burns (bright red tomato skin( that peels), and turn pink from exercise. I think there are beautiful women in every ethnic group, and as i had said in response to Tyra's video, "the victorian era is over, so why are we still obsessed with pale skin." My point is that you are perfect just the way you are. It's like the blonde vs. brunette debate. There are blondes with prettier faces/ brunettes/ red heads/ black hair...etc. Finally, just a additional comment...my sister's best friend has stunning brown skin, and looks like a model. I think it's a shame that there are so many people who judge based on skin color when it's such a trivial topic.

See a dermatologist for professional advice, particularly regarding blackheads and acne (blackheadz? ache?). Otherwise, all you're going to get is advice with nothing more than one person's opinion (as opposed to scientific evidence based on studying hundreds of people) to back it up.

Use equate astringent like nail polish remover and apply astringent on the face with cotton. Then put equate cream on for long enough or as recommended on the tube. Do it regularly or as required to completely remove them.If blemishes occur, use Clean and Clear foam liquid soap to clear the skin.
You can also put the cream on and go to sleep with towel laid on the pillow:-)but before that, please apply to allow the astringent to do its work and get some reaction going.
Live a healthy Life!!!

Use an apricot scrubber twice a week, have Humdard SAFI once(means a 100ml bottle in one month), and mix equal quantity of vitamin E Capsule with Beclate-N and apply on your face twice daily.
