can any one help i am on the diet and have lost 23lb but i can feel my willpower sliding. I am bored with eating the same food. I enjoy both days but hate fish any ideas or any web sites to help m e plse plse (i have tried slimming world one but dont find that usefull)

You need to start doing 30 minutes of Cardio 3 days a week and work your way up to 45-60 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week.
Eat regular meals at night. Just watch to portions you place on your plate. Eat lean pockets or salads for lunch. Drink a breakfast shake or eat fruit or yogurt for breakfast. Drink a lot of water everyday. Stop drinking regular sodas. Try crystal light...I love it. Makes water so much better!

Also keep a workout calendar and update it daily with every activity you do. You will start to want to see more and more things added to the calendar. This is what pretty much keeps me motivated to workout.

Try weight watchers instead. You can eat what you like so you won't get bored and no willpower is required. Just learn to eat a healthy diet.
