i have been doing the following routine 2 or 3 days a week and have barely lost weight but i have toned. Problem is i have broadened on my back especially and my bust has grown (im 23 so didnt expect this much) I dont want to cut back on cardio or activities but want to slim down a little and loose a bit more weight

10mins bike, 10 mins cross trainer, 5 mins arm bike thing, 10mins stepper, weights for chest press, tricep press, vertical rower all on 15kg, crunches and maybe lunges, 10 mins on rower and then about 600-1000m swimming in half hourish doing mostly breast stroke

any advice please

if you do to much exercise you will build up the muscles,,
and not lose weight ,, you turn the fat into muscle,, you need to slow down the routine to a weight loss programme and of course you need to have a proper balanced diet to go with the routine you are following
seek the advice of a fitness instructor

I agree with Ben.

You are on the wright track.
Maybe you can cut a little weight in your lifts and do more reps faster, this will tone muscles, but not get them nay "bigger". Do one day as you are and another with 25% to 50% less weight, but more and faster reps.

You could also add more time to your cardio, which is fine, or do it with some more intensity to speed up your metabolism even more.

Watch what you eat, if that is what is necessary. More fruit, veggies, enough proteins, but less sugar and fats. (No snaking!).

Do not look so much at the scale for muscle weight more than fat, instead see how your waist is. For instance, are pants a little looser?

You are doing alright, just keep it up.

You have lost fat, but gained muscle (which weighs more then fat).
If you want to slim down even more, keep up with what you're doing and be careful with what you're eating. Are you still eating a little too much?

A good way to slim is walking, try adding in a couple of walks a week.

The good news is that you have lost FAT! The reason you haven't lost weight is that you have built muscle, which weighs more than fat. This is great as it also means that your metabolism will have increased to feed your bigger muscles.

Stick with the routine and don't worry about bulking up with too much muscle, women can only gain so much muscle naturally.

if u r skinny and desire to grow to be fat then take relax in any different case dont! u gets fat if u take relax for beneficial..... and if u r fat then shouldn't take relax do workout as much as u can to cut back your weight.....do it like 2 cases an afternoon if achieveable,,,as quickly as contained in the morning and as quickly as at nighttime or nighttime..... n yah its an exceptionally beneficial question.... thank you for asking
