Well you would get your protein and a little energy boost, not to mention a dose of dietary fiber. Sounds like a good match but remember to get those liquids to feel really replenished

As long as the peanut butter is natural and the wheat bread is whole wheat then it's very healthy. If not, it's basically junk food. Non natural peanut butter has some pretty nasty stuff in it and regular bread is refined and not the healthiest thing.

I know a lot of cyclists who pack pbj sandwiches for long rides.
Good source of energy and protein, plus the wheat bread gives you fiber.
