I broke up with this guy who I have dated for about 8 months to be with this guy Im currently taliking to. The new guy has the money the looks the total package. the old one is nine yearsd older than me and really doesnt havemuch going for him. However he's a total sweet heart and he makes me weak at the knees. The new guy is kinda a bore and has been ignoring my calls. I slept with my ex last night and Im confused , should I be back with my ex? I mean I much happier with my ex, but my future would be better with the current guy.

You sound superficial.

A guy who attracted you because of money is going to dump you for someone younger down the road.

The new guy is like you, he is superficial and probably found someone hotter, arm candy.

If the first guy doesn't have much going, is that by YOUR standard? Maybe you can be the one to motivate him.

If you aren't willing to work at a relationship, and you just want things, then stay with the rich, good looking guy, but he's going to leave you for someone prettier, younger, and hotter.

money cant buy you love. now you have a secure future with a depressing love life. If you were truly happy you wouldnt have slept with your ex. I say if your ex makes you feel weak at the knees and butterflies in your stomach your in love and need to get back with him. As far as your future looks, talk with him, set goals, and make it work.

Before you decide you have to think to why you broke up in the first place...was it something minor like you just wanted to see what else was out there? Did you or him cheat on one another?

Your future wouldn't be any better or worse if you got back with your ex, your future is what you make of it. right now, i don't think your ready for a relationship, you need to be independent.... How old are you 24? This seems to be a common thing amonst this age group, but seriously if your ex makes you happy, Go for him, He like's you a lot. he actually wants to be with you and make YOU happy, not just spend money on you and bore you.

That is called shallow but there are many people that need the material things in life, and to me that is very sad.
I myself am going though a similar situation but for myself I am the victim as for the moment all I have to give her is all my love and kindness not to mention great ?lol, but hey the all mighty $ sometimes takes over. And you said that the old one had nothing going for him WRONG as in his heart and soul he thought he had you.Personally I would rather be wanted for me than purchased.Good luck hope you make the right choice.

go with the new guy , your ex will always be there , and also , why is he your ex , because it didnt work the first time , try and remember why , and ask yourself if there is a long term future , we are funny things us people , we will always slip back into familiar , when sometimes familiar can be the biggest mistake of all , I would go with the newer guy.

your future would be worse with the current guy. money and things is nice but it's not gonna do it for you. you need someone you can really love and want to be with.
