sorry. im just a freaking 16 yr old girl who doesn't know who to use warranty card. my little brother recently cracked the inside screen of my camera. can i use the warranty card to replace the screen? do i need to show anything else besides the warranty card? i bought the camera at sim lim square.

You can always try. you have to send the camera to wherever the card says to, and if I were you I would write on a piece of paper with it what the problem is. Usually with warranty work you have to pay shipping both ways, so they'll probably bill you for return shipping. If there' a 800 number on the card, call it and confirm what you have to do.

The problem is most likely going to be that if you tell them your little brother cracked it, they will say it was abuse and wont replace it, if you say it was cracked when you went to use it, they will ask about storage, and if you could have cracked it by not caring for it correctly, like the first answer, see if you can get hold of them first and see what they say about it being covered or if they refuse to fix it because they believe it was your fault.
