Riddle me do - what is the answer ?

As a specialist coin collector, a numismatist, I also love
collecting standard legal tender. A fellow came into the shop
recently with some 1980 quarters. I told him that they were
worth about 495 dollars. I also told him that it was unfortunate
that he didn't have some 1987 quarters as they were worth more.

Why?

Coz 1987 coins > 1980 coins

because 1980 quarters are worth $495 but 1987 quarters would be worth $496.75. more than 1980 quarters.
