SPICY RAMEN NOODLE STIR FRY

Sm. pkg. chicken breast fillets
Fish sauce
Soy sauce
6 pkg. Ramen noodles
1 big tomato
2 to 3 lg. cloves garlic
1 big white onion
3 sm. hot chili peppers
1/4 lb. fresh snow peas
Half bunch broccoli
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 bunch coriander

Marinate chicken sliced in strips in small amount of fish and soy sauce with 1 chopped garlic clove and 1 chopped pepper and half a bag of coriander leaves (chopped). Chop tomato, onion, mushrooms, broccoli, rest of the garlic. Stir fry the garlic, the rest of the little chilies (minced) and onion in oil, then add other vegetables and saute - stir fry until cooked but not soft.
In another skillet quickly stir fry the chicken drained of the sauces. Cook until done. Mix in with its juices to the vegetables. Set aside. Bring large cook pot of water to rapid boil. Add the 6 packs of Oriental noodles. Bring back to boil for only 1 minute. Immediately drain and toss with the vegetables. Sprinkle garlic salt or noodle seasoning packets on to taste. Serve while hot. Serves 4 to 6.

Ramen Noodle Frittata
INGREDIENTS
2 (3 ounce) packages chicken flavored ramen noodles
6 eggs
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Place noodles in a saucepan filled with boiling water, reserving the seasoning packet. Cook until tender, and drain. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and seasoning packets from the noodles. Mix in noodles.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the noodle mixture, and cook over medium-low heat until firm, 5 to 7 minutes. Cut into fourths, and turn over to brown the other side for 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the top, and serve.

fry some chopped onion (and why not add a little garlic while your at it) in a little oil, stir in some minced beef (hamburger, bacon, shrimps, octopus, knock yourself out) Stir till browned then sprinkle on the seasoning packet. taste, then add a little more seasoning if needed. then you can either stir in the cooked and drained noodles or pour on required amount of boiling water to and add uncooked noodles. Boil for three minutes.
great!
