Are you shaving there? It could be ingrown hairs. It could also be heat rash or just chafing if it's in an area where they rub together. If it's ingrown hairs, don't shave those hairs completely - or use a product like bikini zone. If it's heat rash, wear cooler clothing. If it's chafing, try corn starch or vaseline. They reduce the friction. A toner product may help if it actually is acne. Acne can appear just about anywhere.

It could be razor burn, which can be treated by applying more lotion or suing a gentler shaving cream when you shave.
It could be a heat rash, just wear looser clothes and lighter materials.
It could be bacteria that gets stuck in the pores of your skin, it happens usually on inner thighs and upper arms. This can be dealt with by just using whatever acne wash you sue for your face on the area. Nothing harsh though, just a gentle cleanser.
Also it could be just because your legs rube together when you walk.

Yes, I have those too, after ever shower apply lotion, and before going into the sun, appy sunscreen. They should just go away on its own. If any further problems, contact your doctor.

Heat rash, maybe? Are you wearing tight-fitting clothes? Try something more loose & cotton, as cotton breathes.

I get that when I have dry skin. If I keep my skin lotioned or moisterized it is much better.
