What should he say. Even though i'm still in love with him. But i don't know if he feels the same way about me. Should he say goodbye or not.

Dasey, I learned many years ago to only expect from my ex only what he is required by law outlined in the divorce decree to give.
Your ex carries that title for a reason........How he feels about you, what he should say and that you continue to love him makes no difference any longer. If you carrie within your heart and mind continued expectations of him it will only cause you great frustration and more grief.
Do your best to let go of it all..........

Girl what are you doing sitting here! Go out there and tell him. He could still be in love with you too. Guys are just as scared as us girls, they just have a harder time showing it! And if worse comes to worse, you'll move and never have to be in contact with him. However, I can almost guarantee you that you will regret not saying goodbye. But do you really think you'll find yourself leaving and thinking..wow i really wish i hadn't said goodbye...

I hope my ex says goodbye to me, even though i know she won't make any effort to do it. I still love her and she know's it, but she doesn't feel that way i don't think.
