i'll give you my honest opinion... Do not ever ask a guy out. Let the guy do the work.
I say this because guys should always pursue the girl, not vice versa
Guys love to chase girls and if you do the chasing, whats he gonna do?
Men love to fight for what they dont have, thats the challenge that gives them a kick. Whats the point in men fighting for, for what they already have?
oh please girl dont ask him out, just talk to him more, make conversations, flirt.... until he asks you out. Good luck sweety.

There is not best way but there are a number of creative ways..be a but immaginitive and it will work.
If he knows you at least a bit have a friendly chat with him and slowly get to the point...

Mm.... if u know him u can just go & tell him by saying u know this restaurant or this club it is really great so he will talk to u about it or if u did not know him u can talk with some of ur friends infront of him about this casino or club & then look at him & say oh i saw u 1 time b4 did u know where is this casino or restaurant!!!

Seriously, If you make eye contact, even once, go over and talk to him. He wants you too.. he thinks your cute. Then your in like flint. and all you have to do is walk up and say Hi, seriously, guy's like a girl that can do that. and if they look at you, they are interested, don't get cold feet :)
