They often do, and already have done, many Frankenstein experiments in the name of science, including gene splicing, many which are not always saw over by the law or regulated,
as this is impossible to control,
gene splicing has been done before,
so if a mad scientist did it with a human,
what would it's soul chances be?

Sure. All animals (even human animals) have "souls". All souls are the same stuff, contrary to the arrogance of human animals who think they're special.

I think firstly you would have to define exactly what a soul is... I believe that it's an eternal "spirit" if you will... I believe that this soul inhabits whatever shell it can that allows it to live and that the body is merely that shell. When the shell dies, the soul moves on... either to some kind of afterlife (if it feels ready enough) or to another shell (if it feels like it wants more).

I guess I believe that any body... even that of a freakish experiment would be a suitable home for a soul...

Depends I guess on how much of a challenege that the soul in question decides it wants!

I believe that animals have souls too, but just not the same as human souls. Looked at that way, such a product would have a soul, but not necessarily in human terms.

First of all the wont be able to do it beacuse of practical limitations. Human genes with animals. If they do so then who knows (do you know about your own soul) :)

No, because neither humans or monkeys have souls.

Why don't you repost this question in a few thousand years, it might not still be relevant, but you can try.
