I read in a magazine once that if you are 5 foot you are suppose to weight about 100 pounds and for every inch you add 5 pounds. Well if this is true then I should weight about 115 pounds but I weight 97.5 pounds, do you think that
I am under weight or over weight?

It all depends on your frame and body type. You could be right on the money for your age and body type.

Well that's what wrong with society today they want to tell you want to do and how too look. Butit's up to you if you feel right with your body then you are the right size and some bookust that something to read. ALways remember that the real judge is you not someone from 100 miles away. So you probably look good and stature. Because all body are differnet.
