put some muscle on there...leg lifts, leg extensions and squats (all with weights)

This is too easy. Squats, in most variations, are the ideal exercise for building the thighs. Leg presses are a good alternative. Deadlifts will work, as well. Calf raises in all forms will build up the lower legs.

Lots of free weight and machine squats. You could do some lunges with weights. I would also try some leg extension and leg curls. Eat some more food while your at it, healthy choices. Or else you'll get some cellulite with that thickness. Good luck!

Of course! now you don't gain fat by excercising, but there's no saying that "bulking up" will make your thighs bigger- it might all go to your stomach. Do leg strengthening exercises like wall sits or squat jumps to make the muscles bigger. Your legs will get bigger, but from healthy muscle, not unhealthy fat.

Squats....where your butt and calf touch....NOT this parallel Bull S hit.....thats just something someone came up with to justtify making it easier and it caught on from there

squats, and raising up on your toes will work your calves. climbing stairs works too.
