Hi all, please can anyone give me advice on how to do sit-ups correctly, especially on when to exhale and inhale? Does not breathing correctly affect the results?
Do you also have any other advice for adominal workouts?
Thanks alot :-)

This site will explain the correct way to do sit ups:

This site will tell you how to do several types of sit-ups and has some illustrations as well as when to breathe:

This is just a good site on abdominal training:

Breathe in on the relax, out on the crunch phase of the sit up. Breathing out on the crunch will increase the muscle resistance. The main things are to never hold your breath and don't put any strain on your neck.

i think of the take a seat united statesare effecting your decrease back in a damaging way. i'd attempt doing crunches particularly, particularly like a a million/2 take a seat up. It has greater artwork concentrated in the direction of the abs and has much less rigidity on your decrease back.
