See your doctor. You may need a prescription steroid cream and/or antihistamine.

See your doctor. I had a similiar problem and it turned out to be eczema. I had no clue, even though my children have all had it since they were infants. I guess I just never thought it would suddenly develop on me (it isn't contagious). It is related to allergies, so you may need an antihistamine. Regular moisturizers won't work. We use Lubriderm and other lotions that are fragrance free and for extremely dry skin. Your doctor can best diagnose you and point you in the right direction for treatment.

I had the same horrible problem lil tiny bumps thou not to attractive, they put me on steroid creme and it did nothing. So I tried 2 things.
1.I washed with dial soap but I think you had better use Dove Soap with greentea in it.Then this will sound weird but I crushed up Benadryl tablets and applied them to my face and 4 days later I almost cannot see these bumps on my face that Ive had for 3 years.

See a dermatologist. You may have Rosacea, a common and easily treated condition.
