i try to copy the document and paste in google language tool but when i paste it there, it became boxes and when i translate it into english. the translation was also in boxes

google translation work with me in arabic as well . .. maybe your computer doesn't support the Arabic digits?!
if not ,after you paste the text try to re-encoding it to Arabic(windows) .
view -> Encoding -> Arabic windows .

Try www.freetranslation.com. That is the one I use. Also remember Arabic is written right to left while most language is written left to right so that may be why google language didn't work.

You could go to the Best Buy or Circuit City website and see if they have Arabic to english translation software. I have seen it there before.

I agree with *P!NK*, that you should sit your browser to the arabic language first, and then paste it there . it will work right .
