There's a product you can purchase at most drug stores (Walgreens, Rite Aid) called Certain Dri. It's a prescription strength anti-perspirant that you apply under your arms at night. It's made specifically for people who sweat excessively. It shrinks the pores in your armpits and stops them from sweating and it works great. My dermatologist recommended it to me. Use it at night before bed, and your deodorant in the morning and you shouldn't have any problems controlling that sweating.

I used to have soaking wet pits all the time, even in cold weather, and Certain Dri completely eliminated it for me.

Exercise. You need to sweat it out. I notice I do not sweat so much if I had exercise previously.

You body cannot control the temperature well. If you are fat, then try to loose weight. If you are not, try taking ginseng powder daily as your body is weak. One month later your condition will improve.

I have read that botox injections under the arms can help and in extreme cases, surgery. But both of these may make you sweat more in other places, like your face.

Besides an anti-perspirant deoderant, try giving your doctor a call.
