Try plain crackers or digestive biscuits. I didn't actually get morning sickness, but the usual advice is to eat little and often if you do get it. Find some plain food that you can get down and that might keep the nausea at bay long enough to eat something else.

Don't worry about it too much - it won't help ;o)

Honestly, one of the most important things is to keep hydrated. Drink water as much as possible (if possible) and if unable to, try this: I know it sounds gross but this is the only thing I could drink while experiencing SEVERE morning sickness...drink FLAT clear/caffeine free soda (sprite, 7-up, Seirra Mist). As for food, crackers work for some people. They didn't work for me so don't get discouraged. The best thing to do is try to eat small, frequent meals/snacks through the day.

Good luck and I hope you feel better soon :)

Try and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Don't drink soda because of the salt content. You don't want to set your kid or yourself up for heart problems later in life. Most of them contain too much sugar as well. The researchers now believe that what you eat and drink now can affect your child later. You can get nutritious protein drinks; maybe you could tolerate them.
