Well it sound like migraines and also if you have headaches so bad that you have yto hold you head hey you in Imitrex, or take Extra Strenth Excedrin, or Extra strengh excedrin for Migraines either one works well.

What is your age and gender. These could be due to post menopausal syndrome, Migraine is another possibility. Sometimes these can be due to stress or depression (which may not be overt).
