I suffered from acid stomach, with back pain, heartburn you name it. I got rid of it though by cleaninsing my body naturally. In the meantime for the pain i used digestive enzymes and organic apple cider vinegar. The causes of digestive problems are candida, overeating, parasites, an unhealthy colon, stress etc. I found the way to treat it in this book "Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About" by Kevin Trudeau. Once i got rid of the sludge in my colon, the parasites, cleansed my liver, kidney, a candida cleanse is very important. Do some searches on these cleanses on these types of cleanses, my digestive tract was moving along nicely and i was on my way back to good intestinal health. It is important to use digestive enzymes with meals as this helps aid in the digestiion of your food when the body's enzyme balance is depleted. It is also important to stop eating processed foods and start eating more fiber foods like broccoli, lentils, veggies etc. Organic is better, make a commitment to either buy organic foods or grow them in your backyard.

Yes, it can cause back pain. If you've tried over the counter remedies like Renees and Magnesium Tricylicate liquid, and it hasn't moved in a few hours, see your doc. Or if you live in the UK, call N.H.S Direct
