I need to lose 10 kg for my wedding that will be in 2 weeks and a half time. Does any one know a diet,or a secret for quick weight loss? Pleasssee......

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

ok. water fasting. fast for 50 days without eating any thing. only drink water. after a while your fats and sugars will start burning to give you energy. side effects are tirdeness
