All I can say is good luck to you! I'm going to flag this one and keep checking. I have a 20 month old and a 3 year old, and no matter what I make, they won't eat it. My husband laughs and says if it's not from a box, a jar or a can, they won't touch it. (sigh) Good luck!

peel a ripe banana and wrap in clear plastic wrap and freeze. When froze smash with a bit of milk or blend with a lil milk and wah lah you have soft serve banana ice cream. My kids loved this when they were little. It is ice cream with no added sugars. Overripe banana work well too.

first get a banana and put it lieing flat and get a knife and just cut throught the skin then open it out but do not take it out of the skin, mash the top bit and only the top bit and put chocolate all on top bit then put it in a microwave until the chocolate is melted take it out and wait for it to cool until it is warm and that is called a banana in a jacket and aduits can eat it to i love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the best you can give your children is what you make fresh yourself. Just put it in a liquidiser with a drop of gravy. This way they don't grow up as fussy eaters. Worked for me!!

there are loads recipe books to select at the book store, try waterstones or borders it's cheaper there. i saw once in borders with monthly guid what to eat for your kids.
