Sounds like a law enforcement question to me.

Unless you're trying to scam an insurance company and you're not really disabled but you're trying to avoid getting caught on camera doing whatever it is you supposedly are so disabled you can't do.

You do know insurance fraud is a crime, don't you? You can actually go to prison for it.

The only time I've ever heard a term that resembles this is when two different surveillance sources are used. For example, one investigator viewing the front of the subject's home and a second viewing the back. In this way, all outside activities can be observed. Another example is surveillance from the subject's home to the place of an IME and a second investigator inside the building where the IME would take place. (It used to be that the second investigator would go inside the doctor's office, but with strict HIPAA privacy rules, this isn't done now.)
