NO !!! IN MY international that would desire to be JUSTICE !!! Oh, yet on condition that that have been so. If no person is residing house different than the dogs, in Canada there may well be quotes laid because of fact no person grew to become into in possibility while the dogs attacked. The regulation is very '''humorous''' that way. the priority in my us of a is that criminals have extra rights than the home proprietor does. we are expected and recommended to easily enable the criminal stroll away with our possessions and enable the Police guard it. And contained while it comes to a teenage criminal that would desire to signify no longer being pointed out interior the media and enable flow decrease back into the community under parental supervision. Which in itself is a shaggy dog tale, because of fact the place have been the mummy and dad while he broke into my residing house the 1st time. And if my dogs bit this little shyytte the dogs might possibly be seized and positioned down. interior america of a that's a different count because of fact in some States you may shoot or positioned your dogs onto a youngster purely for reducing in the process your backyard.

The bailers are allowed to enter your house and take property, if they have served you with legally binding notification. But at that point the property is not yours, it is sold at a small price to repay your debts.
If you have little capital, and a low income, you should be entitled to council tax benefit, currently you need to give evidence of your capital and income.
If the house is yours, it is not counted as capital while you live in it.

Get legal advise now!!! Go to the CAB or phone them!! I think they HAVE to apply to a Magistrates Court to apply for legal entry into your property. You and your family should not be under this amount of emotional stress with a threat of collecting from you. if you are able to pay a small amount to them on a reduced payment scheme then I think legally you are within your rights to refuse entry because you ARE paying! Check it out son!! get there today don't waste time on here!!!
The CAB link below will help you find them!!!!!

Yes, I'm afraid it now is legal, although I am not sure about the legality of the council tax itself, it is demanding money with menace, we seem to be paying for the same things over and over again.

I didn't think they could just break-in entry, scumbags, go to your nearest citizens advice and get as much info as you can, I think they would need a court order first, just in case hide all your valuables.
