Why do players of snooker always deliberately not spread out the balls during the break? I think they are making themselves more troubled!

if they were to spread the balls during their break and then were unable to sink them all, they leave themselves wide open to be beaten....hence the name snooker...hope that helps you

Its just a safe break
Lots of players do it in other games ! pocket or straight the break is usualy not an advantage so dont give clear table away
