I don't know, but it really works for me. It makes me confornt the day go in a good pattern and don't worry too much for sentimental problems.

This may work in the short term, but you aren't tackling the root cause of what was making you feel bad in the first place.
Perhaps going into some form of therapy would help with this.

Also, the caffeine in the coffee may well disrupt your sleeping pattern, making you feel tired, which can make the depression worse. When you feel tired you drink more coffee and the cycle repeats itself.

Historically, it helped artists. May be safer than all the drugs they addict people to now; and the dependency on social institutions such as doctors, and social workers.

The reason is that it has Caffeine in it, which is a stimulant.

it turns me into a jittery nervous wreck.I cant handle it and have'nt drunk it in about six years.
