You'd be better off walking briskly for 30 minutes 3 times a day. Drink plenty of water and eat your 5 a day, too! Good luck!!

probablility is high if you followed calory program ,
1-take care also to not eat sweets between meals cause it ll make u feel hungry , but if u take it after meals it 'll not ,
2- much fruits and vegetable make u feel comfort and eat less food ...
3-walking and cardio are the best for fat burning and u can do aerobics or taeboo or pilates once a week
4-u must have a day to rest ur body from excerising every week to achieve ur goal better
5- and before all that : INSISTANCE AND PATIENCE
never follow a diet program u ll feel misery which cause frustration and therefore gain more weight
always eat what u want but very little quantity and calculate calories always .......... put a small copy book in the kichen and every thing u eat or drink write it down and calculate calories ( take from 1200 to 1500 per day ) ,may be it is boring in the beginning to write and calculate everything u eat but later u 'll find good results and adabt to it

You will lose some weight but I can't say how much because I don't know what you eat or how big you are.
If you are keen to be slimmer for summer, you need to keep the walking brisk and you would be best to improve your eating, even if only a little.

If you Eat healthy and exercise you will losing weight. I would try to exercise 3-4 days a week though and mix it up with different exercises: walking, cycling, jogging, swimming, yoga, pilates, boxing, step classes etc.
Doing a wide range of exercises will help you lose weight faster. Good Luck and stay motivated :)

Very likely! On average, you can burn 100 calories per mile at a speed approx 4mph. You'll build and tone more muscle too and that increases the metabolic rate and muscle burns fat even when you're resting. But, muscle weighs more than fat so you may lose inches rather than a lot of weight.

The probablility is high if this is something you are just starting. But, watch out, the first period will change fat to muscle and there will be no weight loss. After the muscles are toned, you should find a GRADUAL loss in weight. Good luck and keep working on it. I think that I have gained and lost a TON in my lifetime

Don't use sweeteners, that's bad. A protein diet would be good for you. I lost 55lbs. Keep doing what your doing, drink 3 litters of water a day, and eat plenty of fruits and veggies. The weight will roll off of you! Trust me. Stay committed. And eat a meal in the morning as well.

Don't worry about it ! You'll make yourself sick!
