It definitely won't hurt them. I think it's better than feeding that canned stuff. I recommend feeding kibble in the morning and then feeding the main meat/veg meal at night. It won't hurt them to eat them raw but it's nice if they were steamed or boiled. You can mix in raw/cooked meat, raw/boiled/steamed vegetables and even a bit of fruit. Make sure to read up on what foods are toxic to dogs because surprisingly, there are many human foods that can kill a dog.
Edit: don't listen to the people that are saying just as treat or no. We know dogs are carnivores but NO dog can meet his nutritional needs by eating a diet that consists of meat and kibble only.

Dogs, unlike cats, can be considered omnivores or carnivores. Feeding them vegetables, raw or cooked, is perfectly fine for them as part of their diet, it's actually beneficial. Certain vegetables have natural benefits such as weight control, immune boost, and helping with digestion. Most dog foods, canned or dry, contains some sort of vegetable product. Below is a link to a Wikipedia article about the domestic dog and talks about their diet.

As long as your dog is fed a nutritionally balanced diet. Vegetables are fine as a treat. Dogs do need a high amount of protein but they also need vegetables. I have noticed that numerous times it is stated mistakenly that dogs are carnivorous. True they are classified in the order of carnivores but so are herbivorous panda bears. Dogs in the wild eat a variety of foods meats and greens. In the wild the first thing they eat is the intestinal tract of herbivores giving them the nutrients needed from plants. Cats are true carnivores they thrive solely on meat. This is a cut from wikipedia:
At present, there is some debate as to whether domestic dogs should be classified as omnivores or carnivores, by diet. The classification in the Order Carnivora does not necessarily mean that a dog's diet must be restricted to meat; unlike an obligate carnivore, such as the cat family with its shorter small intestine, a dog is dependent on neither meat-specific protein nor a very high level of protein in order to fulfill its basic dietary requirements. Dogs are able to healthily digest a variety of foods including vegetables and grains, and in fact dogs can consume a large proportion of these in their diet. Wild canines not only eat available plants to obtain essential amino acids, but also obtain nutrients from vegetable matter from the stomach and intestinal contents of their herbivorous prey, which they usually consume.

I use to eat raw hot dogs as a kid and I'm a senior now. So I guess they are not that bad,for you.Very fatty food, with a bunch of additives, consume carefully in moderation.

No ! It is not. It is the same for dogs as humans, the vegatables give it nutrients it does not get just in meat. Most good dog foods contain some vegetables for your dog to obtain a healthy life style. The stigma is that dogs prefer meat and that is what we give them. They are not vegetarians.

I give my dog "carrots, cauliflower, tomato, chilli, garlic, ginger in short aything, not as much as a stomach upset NOR a TRIP to the vet, he's nuts about mashed potatoes mixed with all vegetables, a bit of gravy, if you are in the way, bad luck, you will know what a Bowling pin feels like!!!

It isn't "bad," but they should only receive a very limited amount. Dogs are carnivores and the vast majority of their food should be meat.

My vet told me not to feed table scraps but if I had to give them the veggies and fruit and not the fattening meat. My dogs love the veggies and fruit. You can always call your vet and check with them to be safe.
