Weight lifting is the best way.

But if you're dead set against that, you could do things like construction work (volunteer for someone like Habitat for Humanity), play drums, etc. Anything that is working your arms steadily will build them up. Weight lifting is just a way to concentrate the work on certain areas and shorten the amout of time it takes to built them up.

I'm not kidding about drums by the way. If you look at most drummers that practice regularly, they often have very cut arms. An old boyfriend from high school was a drummer for a band, never worked out and had some of the nicest arms I've ever seen.

Don't consider that is sexist, considering the fact that I'm probably the most equality pushed individuals on this planet. Girls are not particularly designed for higher frame force, they are designed extra for scale down frame force. That does not imply that you just can not, with the right coaching, come to be robust on your higher frame. You simply gotta paintings at it somewhat tougher than a man could. Push-americaare well starters, ultimately you'll be able to attempt to take it as much as pull-ups. If you can not find the money for weights and/or there is no fitness center at any place close you to paintings at, you'll be able to check out lifting heavy items. A pal of mine as soon as positioned bricks in her backpack to construct extra higher-frame force. Just watch out to not over-pressure your self.

sure swimming or boxing would get u toned and build some muscle for sure, but resistance training is the best way...most guys don't find it boring...maybe u need to give youself 6 weeks, once you start seeing results most people get motivated. I got back from the gym 40 mins ago...did biceps and back today
