39 cents, but, they're going up. You can buy "anytime" stamps now at the current rate. Also, If you are sendng anything to troops overseas there is a military care package you can get where the po will send you boxes, a roll of tape & all the forms you need. For some reason, they don't advertise this!!!!!!!!
